Q: When will I get my order?Top
At the time that you place your order, you will have the options of selecting Domestic Ground service, 3Day, 2Day or Next Day service. For International Overseas destinations, the shipping options include Standard or 3Day delivery anywhere in the world. Transit time for Domestic Ground shipping ranges from 1-6 business days depending on your location in the continental U.S. Transit times for International Standard are usually 7-10 business days. However, customs processing varies from country to country and can lead to longer delivery time. Air Delivery transit time for both Domestic and International destinations, are as indicated: 3Day, 2Day or Next Day. Next Day and Next Day Saturday service is available for Canada. Q: How will I know if my order shipped?Top
Team Cyclist contracts with UPS, FedEx and USPS. We will determine the best method of shipment at the time of delivery. On the day that your order ships, you will receive an email that will indicate which carrier your order has shipped with as well as the tracking information. If you select the option to set up an account when placing your order, you will be able to log in under “My Account” at any time to view your order status and expected times of delivery.
Q: I received a partial order. When will I get my other items?Top
Team Cyclist is the largest Factory Direct cycling retailer in the world and offers the widest selection of quality products available. While Team Cyclist is continuously updated by the manufacturers, on occasion a manufacturer may be temporarily delayed in their production timing. If the manufacturer has the product available, Team Cyclist will ship to you, you're ordered products immediately. If an item on your order is not available for immediate shipment from the manufacturer, then Team Cyclist will automatically special order it and it will be noted on the invoice with the other products that you receive right away. In the event of a backorder, Team Cyclist will contact you via email and provide you with a full update view of your remaining items on order and expected ship dates. For backorder shipments, there is a manufacturer special order shipping and handling fee of $3.99 for Domestic orders, and $6.99 for International orders. At all times, you will be offered the option of selecting a different product that is available to ship at once. If you wish to cancel your backordered item(s) and receive a credit refund, it is your responsibility to contact customer service via "contact us" prior to shipment. Otherwise, your special ordered item(s) will remain on order and automatically ship to you as soon as they are available. You will receive a weekly email with your order status up through full delivery.

Yes. Team Cyclist ships world wide to all destinations serviced by UPS, FedEx or USPS. For quickest delivery, 3 Day International Shipping is recommended. Click here to view the International Shipping Chart and see your specific countries shipping charges. Your order total will include the total for product and shipping charges only. Upon receiving your order, you will be responsible to pay additional duties, taxes or applicable fees that may be imposed by your specific country. Any refusal to pay the duties, taxes or applicable fees will result in the return of your order back to Team Cyclist. The full amount of duties, taxes, applicable fees, and both to and from shipping are charged to Team Cyclist by your Customs office and the shipping carrier. Upon receipt of your refused order, Team Cyclist will refund only the product total that meets the terms and conditions of our product return policy. Team Cyclist’s interest is in making sure that you are happy with your purchases and our service. The following are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:
  1. 30 days from delivery date
  2. Items must be unused, in salable condition and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unwashed and videos unopened.
  3. All refunds and exchanges for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. For warranty returns, please include a receipt for your return shipping cost. Refunded shipping amounts will be issued for the cost of regular ground shipping.
  4. Team Cyclist cannot accept returns for swimwear, wetsuits, or undergarments. All sales are final.
  5. All non-defective returned shoes, components, and eyewear are subject to a manufacturer 15% restocking fee.
Team Cyclist recommends shipping your return through a carrier that will insure and track your package. You are responsible for this package until it is delivered and received.

  • Expedited Exchange: Place a new order for the item that you would rather have and then send back your original item for a refund.
    This is the quickest way to make an exchange.
  • Non-Expedited Exchange: Send back your original item with a Return/Exchange form. Indicate on the Return/Exchange form which item you would like in its place. Upon receiving your return, we will process and ship your replacement.
  • Return for Refund/No Exchange: Send back your original item with a Return/Exchange form. Indicate on the Return/Exchange form that you would like a refund and no exchange. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to see your refund appear on your bank statement
  • Return for Store Credit/Gift Card: Send back your original item with a Return/Exchange form. Indicate on the Return/Exchange form that you would like a store credit or Gift Card. A credit will remain on your account for you to use on a future order, anytime for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please do not send your returns as a C.O.D as Team Cyclist cannot accept any COD deliveries. Your return refund will be issued to you via your original credit card used to place the order, or by check.
