There are two order methods:

After submitting your order you will receive a confirmation receipt via email. Upon shipping, you will receive a follow-up email with your shipment's tracking number.

Team Cyclist does not mail a print catalog. We represent our entire selection on our website which is updated in real-time. Print catalogs do not always accurately represent the most recent availabilities or newest offerings.

Shipping Information
Q: When will I get my order?Top
We will ship your order within 1 business day from our Chicago fulfillment center. In the shopping cart, you will be given the opportunity to select from a variety of shipping options from standard ground to next day air and international 3 day air.
Q: How will I know that my order shipped?Top
At the time that your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. By taking that number to the UPS website, you will be able to follow your package from our dock to your front door.
Q: I received a partial order. When will I get my other items?Top
Team Cyclist is the largest Factory Direct cycling retailer in the world and offers the widest selection of quality products available. While Team Cyclist is continuously updated by the manufacturers, on occasion a manufacturer may be temporarily delayed in their production timing. If the manufacturer has the product available, Team Cyclist will ship your ordered products immediately. If an item on your order is not available for immediate shipment from the manufacturer, then Team Cyclist will automatically special order it and it will be noted on the invoice with the other products that you receive right away. In the event of a backorder, Team Cyclist will contact you via email and provide you with a full updated view of your remaining items on order and expected ship dates. At all times, you will be offered the option of selecting a different product that is available to ship immediately. If you wish to cancel your backordered item(s) and receive a credit refund, it is your responsibility to contact customer service via “Contact Us” prior to shipment. Otherwise, your special ordered item(s) will remain on order and automatically ship to you as soon as they are available. You will receive a weekly email with your order status up through full delivery.
Q: Does Team Cyclist ship worldwide?Top
Yes. Team Cyclist ships worldwide to all destinations serviced by UPS or USPS. Click here to view the International Shipping Chart to see your country's specific shipping charges. Upon shipping your order we will charge your credit card for your items and freight. Upon delivery you will be responsible for payment of additional duties, taxes or applicable fees that may be imposed by your specific country. Any refusal to pay the duties, taxes or applicable fees will result in a return of your order back to Team Cyclist. The full amount of your duties, fees and taxes will be charged to Team Cyclist by your customs office and the shipping carrier. Upon return of your order, Team Cyclist will refund only the product total that meets the conditions of our product return policy. The duties, taxes and fees as well as shipping charges both to and from Team Cyclist will be charged to your credit card account by Team Cyclist. By placing your order, you are acknowledging a full understanding and acceptance of these terms and have prepared accordingly to provide the funds needed by your customs office or shipping carrier.

Q: What is the Team Cyclist return policy?Top

Can I return anything?

You may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date. Certain items may not be returned for any reason, including swimwear, undergarments, custom-built skateboards, and any washed or worn apparel item.

My item is unopened and unused.

Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a 7% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned with the manufacturer's packaging, manuals, warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

Unopened and unused products returned for in-store credit (issued in the form of a gift card) will not be subject to the 7% restocking fee. However, merchandise must still be returned with the manufacturer's packaging, manuals, warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories.

Do not use the item's original packaging as the shipping box; any returned item returned with damaged packaging or markings will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

What about open or used items?

Open or used items returned to Team Cyclist will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. This restocking fee will be will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 7-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempts to install, wear, wash, or ride. Please call 1-800-432-7216 for a return authorization number.

How do I return my package?

If you need to return something to us, you must phone first at 1-800-432-7216 for your Return Authorization Number. Returns received without an RA number can be delayed several days. If we are unable to determine who it belongs to, it will be returned to the sender.

How do I exchange my package?

Team Cyclist will automatically issue a credit for all items returned. If you wish to exchange the product you received for a different product, we will gladly place a new order for the replacement product for you. You then have two options for exchanging: we can either charge the new order and ship out the replacement immediately- we would then credit you for the returned item once it arrives in our warehouse. You can also request that we hold the replacement order for you until the returned product arrives. If you choose this option, your card will be credited for the returned product and charged for the replacement product the same day. If we have shipped you the correct item and you are returning it for exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Please call us at 1-800-432-7216 before returning any items so that we can issue a return authorization number.

I received the wrong product.

To report an incorrectly shipped order, please call immediately at 1-800-432-7216. Claims will only be handled if reported within 5 business days of receipt of your package.

The exchange process for incorrect items shipped is as follows: when you return the incorrect item to us, we will credit your card back the full purchase price for the originally ordered item. We will also set up a new order for the correct item to be shipped out-since your card is credited back when the incorrect item is return, we will have to charge your card for the reordered item. We can charge your card for the new order and ship out the correct item immediately; we would then credit you for the returned item once it arrives in our warehouse. You can also request that we hold the replacement order for you until the returned product arrives. If you choose this option, your card will be credited for the returned item and charged for the replacement product on the same day.

If we have shipped you the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs on the reorder for the same shipping method that was originally ordered. For example, if you selected 3-Day Air shipping on the original order, we will cover the costs of 3-Day Air shipping on your reorder.

We will gladly upgrade your shipping on the reorder to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new method and the original shipping method. If you have opened and used the incorrect item that was shipped to you, we may not be able to accept your return. If we do accept the return, a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt of the product will apply.

When you return the incorrect item to us, we will credit you for return shipping up to $6.99. For larger items that are more expensive to ship to us, the expenses over $.699 will be credited in the form of a Team Cyclist gift card. Team Cyclist will not reimburse return shipping charges if an expedited method is used. We will only issue a return shipping credit if the item is sent via a standard shipping method such as UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post.
