What payment methods do you accept? (Details)

Team Cyclist accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  To insure faster processing, please make sure that your shipping address is on record with your credit card company.  Skate America takes significant measures to safeguard credit cards and will only ship to verified shipping addresses.

How do I redeem my gift card? (Details)

Redeeming your Gift Card is easy.

Place your order as you normally do, then input your Gift Card Code in the Gift Card field when checking out.

Your Gift Card will be automatically deducted from the total.

Should your order total exceed the amount of your Gift Card, the remainder will be charged to your credit card.

Do you ship to My Country? (Details)
Yes. Team Cyclist ships world wide to all destinations serviced by UPS or USPS.

Upon receiving your order we will charge your credit card in full for the product and the freight. This is to ensure that you receive the most current Exchange rate to American Dollars for the purchase.
If there is any delay on any of the products you have ordered we will contact you via email right away. Upon delivery, you will be responsible to pay additional duties, taxes or applicable fees that may be imposed by your specific country. Any refusal to pay the duties, taxes or applicable fees will result in the return of your order back to Team Cyclist. The full amount of duties, taxes, applicable fees, and both to and from shipping are charged to Skate America by your Customs office and the shipping carrier. Upon receipt of your refused order, Skate America will refund only the product total that meets the terms and conditions of our product return policy. The duties, taxes, applicable fees and both to and from shipping charges will be charged to your credit card account by Skate America. By placing your order, you are acknowledging a full understanding and acceptance of these terms and have prepared accordingly to provide the funds needed by your customs office or shipping carrier.

Order Status
When will I receive my order? (Details)

At the time that you place your order, you will have the options of selecting Domestic Ground service, 3Day, 2Day or Next Day service. For International Overseas destinations, the shipping options include Standard or 3Day delivery anywhere in the world.

Shipping is from our warehouse near Chicago, Illinois.

Transit time for Domestic Ground shipping ranges from 1-6 business days depending on your location in the continental U.S. Transit times for International Standard are usually 7-10 business days. However, customs processing varies from country to country and can lead to longer delivery time. Air Delivery transit time for both Domestic and International destinations, are as indicated: 3Day, 2Day, Next Day, or Next Day Saturday. Next Day service is available for Canada.

Return or Exchange
How do I Exchange products? (Details)

Team Cyclist will automatically issue a credit for all items returned.  If you wish to exchange the product you received for a different product, we will gladly place a new order for the replacement product for you.   You then have two options for exchanging: we can either charge the new order and ship out the replacement immediately- we would then credit you for the returned item once it arrives in our warehouse.  You can also request that we hold the replacement order for you until the returned product arrives.  If you choose this option, your card will be credited for the returned product and charged for the replacement product the same day.  If we have shipped you the correct item and you are returning it for exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.  Please call us at   1-800-819-5720 before returning any items so that we can issue a return authorization number.

How do I Return products? (Details)

You may return most merchadise within 30 days of the original invoice date.  Certain items may not be returned for any reason, including swimwear, undergarments, and any washed or worn apparel.
